Commercial Building Details

The dimensions are 60 ft. x 80ft. with a basement and second floor. The total square footage is 15,000 sq. ft. This wood frame building features two stair towers and an elevator. The exterior consists of metal roofing and siding with 28 energy efficient windows. The aesthetic of the building are enhanced by stone veneer and cedar siding.

Special Considerations

A geothermal HVAC and gray water filtration systems, along with fully automated temperature and lighting controls, were utilized to meet LEED certification.
